how can invite other players and how can i be licensed ? 
Licensed (and Certified) are interactive tutorials you do in your DMs. Find the very first one, Greetings and Info.
Invites are unlockable at trust level 3. That will take a while. To learn more, read the Greetings and Info DM.

I think you are on “basic user” level, which is kind of like Level 0.

All trust levels:
TL0 new user
TL1 basic user
TL2 member
TL3 regular (can be relegated back to member if requirements are not met)
TL4 leader (must be manually promoted)

You have to be consistent with activity. Not something that you can cheat your way to.
Reading time is a huge one. You can’t just click and scroll around.

Yeah, i get it, Just to be clear though, I really do try to be involved and not just scroll around. I actually enjoy being part of the forum and contributing when I can. But if it ever seems otherwise, I’m open to feedback.
