no, read the rules.
Standard No. 6:
" Players and Referees must confirm or cancel their match no later than 12 hours before their match time. Players and Referees are required to show up to their match if they did not confirm nor cancel their match. If they do not show, they will be removed and will no longer be allowed to participate in the current TTOC season."

Dot colors: green, orange, purple, yellow.
One player, one color. There are 2 greens but only one player may claim that color.
While all the black tiles are technically a corner, some other tiles are more of a corner, therefore small black cannot be claimed for the same reason big blacks are not allowed.
